I just read about the awards Tokio Hotel won until now. I feel like mentioning it here, just because it's really impressive:
Till now, Tokio Hotel won 67 golden records and 44 platinum records due to selling their songs. And additionally 39 national and international music awards.
The studio album "Humanoid", largely thanks to the album version of "Humanoid City Live" re-entered at number 7 on the Media Control album charts, nearly 10 months after initial release. In Taiwan, the number one album recently went gold. The single release of World Behind My Wall is number 1 on radio charts in Malaysia and Singapore.
Tokio Hotel has been awarded, to date, the Gold Award 67 times and has gone platinum 44 times. The band has sold more than seven million records worldwide. The band has 39 awards, including three MTV Europe Music Awards (including Best Band and Best Headliner) and also won "Best New Artist" at the MTV Video Music Awards in the United States, a prize that has featured previous artists like Nirvana and Eminem. In Mexico, the band took home four awards, including Best Song at the MTV Latin Music Awards.
Thanks to Entertainment on 5's twitter, we know that while they are in Singapore, the band will be appearing on their show on the evening of August 2! For more information, check here!
Tokio Hotel is on a whirlwind Asia promotion tour. After performing at MTV World Stage on July 31, they will be jetting to Singapore for SINGfest 2010 on August 3. And because of the amazing response from Singapore fans when they were here in April for Audi Fashion Festival, the German quartet will be holding an autograph session just for you stans!

The holidays have begun in many countries, or start soon. Unfortunately, every year, many so-called fans use this as an opportunity to make a "trip" to Hamburg to the house of the Kaulitz-Twins, to hang out in front of the house - yes, there are also organized tours. We know that most of you are normal TH-Fans and don't tolerate this. Nevertheless, we want to appeal to everybody else: don't bother the four boys in their privacy! Every "I only just look", "I drove past it spontaneously" or "They are stars" is only a downplaying of the situation, so please let the boys some privacy! Thank you for your understanding.
Tokio Hotel is one of the artists set to perform during Singapore's Singfest 3-day outdoor festival, held from August 3rd to August 5th. Their show will be on the first day, Tuesday, August 3rd, at Fort Canning Park, and will span for an hour and a half.
Doors open 5PM, with Katy Perry preceding Tokio Hotel's performance.
